Trinity Medical WNY

The Trinity Medical WNY Referral program gives you the ability to earn some extra money while also contributing to the growth of our team. Both Associates and members of our community could be eligible for a referral bonus of up to $2,500* when they refer an external candidate.

When you refer a qualified candidate to Trinity Medical WNY who then gets hired as a full time or part time Associate, you’ll receive the bonus. The bonus will be paid when the referred Associate celebrates their 6 month or 12 month anniversary (payout schedules vary by site and bonus is prorated if part time).

Below are the positions that are eligible for a referral bonus:

Registered Nurse (RN)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Advanced Practitioner
Medical Assistants
Cardiac and Ultra Sonographer

Trinity Medical WNY management and executive level employees are not eligible to receive the referral bonus.
